INDRAMAT伺服F878速度回路錯誤：F878故障含義：Velocity Loop Error速度回路錯誤。The velocity loop monitor will appear when the following conditions occur simultaneously:當下列情況發(fā)生時，速度回路監(jiān)視器將出現(xiàn)同時。
• The current command value is at the peak current limit
電流指令值處于峰值電流限制
• The difference between the actual velocity and the command velocity
is larger than 10% of the maximum motor velocity.實際速度和指令速度之間的差異大于最大電機速度的10%
• actual speed > 1.25% of maximum speed
實際速度>最大速度的1.25%
• command and actual acceleration have different qualifying signs
指令和實際加速具有不同的限定符號
Cause:原因：
1. Motor cable is connected incorrectly.
電機電纜連接不正確
2. Defective controller section of the drive.
驅(qū)動器的控制器部分有缺陷
3. Defective feedback.有缺陷的反饋
4. Velocity loop paramaterized incorrectly.
速度回路參數(shù)化不正確
5. Incorrect commutation offset。換向偏移不正確
Remedy:解決措施：
1. Check motor cable connection.
檢查電機電纜連接
2. Exchange drive controller.
交換驅(qū)動器控制器
3. Exchange motor.交換電機。
4. Check velocity controller to see if it is within operational parameters.
檢查速度控制器是否在操作參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)
5. Exchange motor.交換電機。
