漳州力士樂伺服放大器維修：Description:故障說明：When turning off the drive controller with a absolute encoder (multiturn), the actual feedback position will be stored. When powered up, the absolute position given by the encoder is compared to the stored position. If the deviation is larger than the paramaterized "P-0-0097,AbsoluteEncoderMonitoring Window", the error "F276, Absolute Encoder Error" will appear and be given to the control system.當(dāng)用絕對編碼器（多匝）關(guān)閉驅(qū)動控制器時(shí)，將存儲實(shí)際反饋位置。通電后將編碼器給出的絕對位置與存儲的位置如果偏差大于參數(shù)化的“P-00097，AbsoluteEncoderMonitoring Window“，錯(cuò)誤”F276，Absolute“編碼器錯(cuò)誤”將出現(xiàn)并提供給控制系統(tǒng)。
Cause:原因：
1. Turning on for the first time (invalid stored position).首次打開（存儲位置無效）。
2. The motor was moved further than allowed by the parameter in the absolute encoder monitoring window, P-0-0097, while it was turned off.當(dāng)電機(jī)關(guān)閉時(shí)，電機(jī)的移動超過絕對編碼器監(jiān)控窗口P-0-0097中的參數(shù)所允許的范圍。
3. Incorrect position initialization位置初始化不正確
Remedy:解決措施：
1. Press S1 to reset the error and set the absolute position.
按S1重置錯(cuò)誤并設(shè)置絕對位置。
2. The motor was moved while turned off and sits outside of its permissible position. Check to see if the displayed position is correct in relation to the machine zero point. Reset subsequent errors.電機(jī)在關(guān)閉時(shí)移動，位于其允許位置之外。檢查顯示的位置相對于機(jī)器零點(diǎn)是否正確。重置后續(xù)錯(cuò)誤。
力士樂伺服放大器F276代碼維修點(diǎn)：An accident may occur by accidental shaft movement. Check absolute position informartion. A feedback defect is present if the absolute position information is false. The motorshould be exchanged and sent to the INDRAMAT Customer Service .意外軸移動可能會發(fā)生事故。檢查絕對位置信息。如果絕對位置信息為假，則存在反饋缺陷。應(yīng)更換電機(jī)并聯(lián)系上海仰光電子客戶咨詢部。
