力士樂伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器維修保養(yǎng)：F822故障含義：Motor Encoder Failure: Signal too Small電機(jī)編碼器故障：信號(hào)太小
Description:故障說明：
The motor encoder signals are monitored. If the signal amplitudes as measured via AK1 and AK2 are outside of the allowable region between Uss = 12.0V and Uss = 18.0 V, then the error message appears. The drive becomes torque-free and an optional brake is immediately activated.監(jiān)控電機(jī)編碼器信號(hào)。如果通過AK1和AK2測(cè)得的信號(hào)振幅超出Uss=12.0V和Uss=18.0V之間的允許范圍，則會(huì)顯示錯(cuò)誤消息。驅(qū)動(dòng)器變?yōu)闊o扭矩狀態(tài)，并立即啟用可選制動(dòng)器。
Cause:
1. Defective feedback cable.

Remedy:
1. Check the feedback cable.Lay the power cables separate from the feedback cable.The cable shield must be connected to the drive controller.(See also project reference of the drive control).檢查反饋電纜。將電源電纜與反饋電纜分開敷設(shè)。電纜屏蔽必須連接到驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制器。（另請(qǐng)參見驅(qū)動(dòng)控制的項(xiàng)目參考）。
2. Exchange motor.更換電機(jī)。
Note: This error can only be cleared in parametrization mode (phase2). As a result of this error, the encoder emulation is switched off.注：此錯(cuò)誤只能在參數(shù)化模式（第2階段）下清除。由于此錯(cuò)誤，編碼器仿真被關(guān)閉。
維修流程：
第1步：根據(jù)客戶的故障描述，評(píng)估該伺服器的可修復(fù)性。
第2步：客戶寄/送到我司，登記入庫(kù)，等待檢測(cè)。
第3步：工程師檢測(cè)故障點(diǎn)，出具檢測(cè)報(bào)告書，確定維修價(jià)格及維修周期。
第4步：維修報(bào)價(jià)，等待客戶確認(rèn)。同意則進(jìn)行維修，不同意則原機(jī)返回。
第5步：維修ok, 帶電機(jī)測(cè)試?yán)匣?/span>
第6步：試機(jī)成功登記出庫(kù)。
第7步：客戶付款。
第8步：交付客戶使用。
第9步：貼心的跟蹤服務(wù)。
